Floyd County Commissioners continue to vote in favor of data centers, mass surveillance contracts, and decisions that work against the people of Georgia’s most beautiful county. Citizen activists are tired and angry at the lack of representation – it’s time we fight back.
We are activists from all sides of the political aisle dedicated to protecting Floyd County’s beauty from data centers and mass surveillance.

Flock Safety has lobbied to put up vehicle-tracking cameras in Floyd County, which commissioners have agreed to. These cameras have been used by government officials to stalk domestic violence victims, to watch into children’s gymnasiums in Atlanta, and have led to false arrests. They’re here in Floyd County now.
Preserve Floyd County
Floyd County is not for Data Centers.
The beautiful mountains and greenery of Floyd County belong to its people, not to out-of-state developers taking tax credits to build large industrious data centers to pollute the scene of our county.
